Add a feature for users to receive text messages when new events are added in their area.

Add a branch of service square that houses charities and information about them to help people find causes they want to help that they associate with.

Allow verified charity groups to enter a code when they submit opportunities. This code will allow the opportunity to skip the verification and moderation process.
